BY HALF DE WHICH IS RENEWED AND IT MODERNIZES THE REGISTRATION OF
SANITARY INSCRIPTION TO A TRAPICHE PANELERO.
The Promoter of Reparation of the Local Address of Health of the Municipality
of Nariño Antioquia, in use of their legal and special attributions
those conferred by the Ordinance December 3075 1997. Of the Ministry
of Health and,
CONSIDERING:
1-
That MANUEL TIBERIO ZULETA ZAPATA, with C.C. 70.090.691 of Medellin,
has requested is renovated the Registration of Sanitary inscription,
for the Trapiche denominated panelero "La
Guarapera", Located in the sidewalk it Breaks Sling of
the Municipality of Nariño Antioquia, for the elaboration of the panela.
2- That the Local Address of Health by means of visit carried
out the Trapiche panelero on the part of the Promoter of Reparation,
it has considered to consider favorably for the renovation of the
Registration of Sanitary Inscription for this establishment.
3- That the applicant has completed with the requirements that
you/he/she establishes the Resolution June of 1995, 2284 sent by the
Ministry of Health.

SOLVES:
ARTICLE FIRST: To grant the Renovation from the Registration
of Sanitary Inscription to the Trapiche denominated Panelero "La
Guarapera" Located in the Sidewalk Quiebra of the Municipality
of Nariño Ant. For the elaboration of the Panela.
ARTICLE SECOND: The Registration of Sanitary Inscription will
have the nomenclature granted by the SECTIONAL ADDRESS OF HEALTH DE
ANTIOQUIA, this way: RISTP028, AND will have validity while they stay
the conditions under which I grant you.
ARTICLE THIRD: This establishment will be subjected to the surveillance
and Control on the part of the Local Sanitary Authority.
ARTICLE FOURTH: The present resolution governs starting from
the date of its expedition.
